North Star Appoints New Director

Debbie Syme has over ten years experience in the air-rail and customer service industry and a proven track record of delivering high impact change programmes, specialising in customer-focussed operations.

Educated to post graduate level and certified as a professional coach, she joins North Star from Heathrow Express, where she was Implementation Manager and responsible for the delivery of several key projects, including being involved with the successful launches of Heathrow Express, Heathrow Connect and Fast Train.

As Director for North Star, she will provide full service operational advice on rail-air and other service start-ups so businesses worldwide can strengthen their position in today’s competitive market place.
