North Star welcomes three new consultants to the team. Ben Harding joins us from Atkins with a lifetime of operations and customer focussed experience, Dare Faleye enhances our capabilities in the data science arena and Leanne Wheeler brings excellent experience of customer service and communications, with added experience in rail franchise bidding.
Ben Harding joins with over 42 years’ experience in rail, working in engineering, operations and at senior management and board level for over 30 years. Ben specialises in safety, project delivery, customer service and incident investigation.
Dare Faleye is a rail operations, performance and business planning specialist with more than 15 years’ management experience including six years at Serco Docklands. Whilst at Serco Docklands, he was performance improvement manager for three years, including in the run-up to the 2012 Olympic Games.
Leanne Wheeler is a writing, language and communications professional who is educated to master’s degree level. She has practised these skills in the rail industry including franchise bid writing and working for the Eurostar corporate communications team.
