North Star is pleased to announce that as part of a consortium, we have been chosen as one of the supplier teams on the contract to support the Department for Transport as Technical Advisors on Rail Operating Contracts. Alongside Arup, Atkins, Journey4, Rail People Solutions, Rail Aspects Limited, Rebel, UK Rail Advisory and VA Rail, we will be providing advice to support the specification, analysis, evaluation, negotiation and mobilisation of operating contracts that govern the companies that run passenger services on the UK rail network.
