North Star is delighted to have been selected as a supplier on the Department for Transport’s (DfT’s) latest Specialist Technical and Commercial Advice for Rail and Other Transport Modes (STARThree) Framework. This Framework encompasses a range of experienced, high calibre professional, technical and commercial specialist transport advisors. The value of this contract is up to £600 million in total and will run from August 2023 for an initial two-year period.
As a Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME), North Star is an integral part of the DfT’s aspiration to see some 40% of expenditure through this Framework being earned by SMEs. North Star is very proud to have worked on the STAR Framework since its inception in 2015. We look forward to working closely with the DfT and other industry partners on the Framework to improve the standard of transport services in the UK.
