“During 2022, North Star supported the MTR Elizabeth Line Performance and Operations Delivery and Control teams with support on introducing a new performance regime. This involved development of a delay attribution training programme which integrated performance systems (Kestrel for the Central Operating Section and TRUST for the Network Rail sections) and processes with the infrastructure owner. North Star delivered the training programme to the MTR Elizabeth Line Control teams (circa 100 colleagues). This work ensured that these teams were prepared for attribution activities for the Central Operating Section and Network Rail routes and understood the approaches required, use of delay and responsible manager codes.”
