Katrina is a customer service specialist with 20 years’ experience in transport and other industries, from frontline to senior management level. Her areas of specialism include customer service, leadership and management and learning and development. Katrina is an accomplished communicator and team player with practical experience in project management, planning and customer service. She has worked on many significant projects in the UK aviation and rail industry, including for Transport for London, and within the finance, property and energy sectors. She thrives on working with customers to ensure their deadlines are met and a high-quality service is delivered.
As a training specialist, Katrina has delivered training in leadership and management, coaching, mentoring, assessing, training (PTLLS) and internal quality assurance, as well as transport specific training, including incident management and investigation. Her project management skills include leading projects in training package design, as well as designing creative training programmes which engage audiences and achieve the appropriate learning outcomes.
