Senior Consultant – Organisational Development and Competency

Katrina is an international training and organisational change facilitator with significant experience within the rail industry. Building on her frontline operational delivery experience for Heathrow Express, her remit now extends to advising on strategic organisational change and implementation within large complex organisations. Based on her excellent knowledge of the rail industry, Katrina has delivered training in leadership and management, coaching, mentoring, assessing, training (PTLLS) and internal quality assurance, as well as transport specific training, including incident management and investigation. Her project management skills enable her to lead projects in training package design, as well as designing creative training programmes which engage audiences and achieve the appropriate learning outcomes.

Projects include:

  • Advising the senior team and operational training team at Crossrail to ensure the delivery of competent operational control room staff as part of the mobilisation of London’s new Elizabeth line
  • Advising on customer experience for a bidder’s Union Pearson Express tender in Canada
  • Designing and implementing a driver induction programme for the Elizabeth Line
  • Providing customer service expertise and advice on the 2035 Customer Vision for the Docklands Light Railway and Transport for London to improve the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
