Our Team

Gráinne is an international transport operations consultant based in Dubai with expertise in organisational change, mobilisation, bid writing and project management across the transport industry. Previously Operations Improvement Manager for Keolis-MHI, she has worked across the Middle East and UK to deliver transition programmes for Keolis’ operations, including for the Dubai Metro and Tram and Wales and Borders rail franchise. Having written a number of international light rail, heavy rail and bus tenders for Keolis, she is experienced in the development of clear, compliant bid documents. She manages stakeholders and subject matter experts to extract information to write compelling operational plans.

Projects include:

• Writing several delivery plans for a bidder’s submission for the High Frequency Rail network in Canada
• Delivering the mobilisation and transition of the Dubai Metro and Tram contract from the previous operator to Keolis-MHI
• Mobilising and transitioning Keolis’ operations for the Wales and Borders rail franchise in the UK, including managing stakeholders as part of the operations and performance workstreams
• Technical writing and analysis for Keolis’ bids in Canada and Australia, covering light rail, heavy rail and buses.
