Our Team

Amy is a skilled international Business Administrator and consultant working with North Star’s global team and customer base to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality work and transport infrastructure advisory services. Amy provides technical writing expertise across the business and to North Star’s customers, including writing technical proposals, case studies and CVs for associated personnel. Additional key responsibilities include project management; document management and financial administration activities. In 2022, she project-managed North Star’s submission for the UK Department for Transport (DfT) STARThree Framework to provide specialist technical advice for transport in the UK.

Projects include:

• Writing a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submission for Network Rail’s CP7/CP8 signalling framework in the UK
• Contributing to the bid production process and developing 14 CVs for a bidder’s submission to provide Command, Control & Signalling and Traffic Management Systems to High Speed 2
• Providing administrative support to the DfT Operator of Last Resort Contracts workstream
• Project-managing North Star’s long-term commission to provide technical advice on the Valley Line Light Rail Transit in Edmonton, Canada.
