We are happy to report that adapting to new ways of working during the recent pandemic has created opportunities to support new customers and expand into a new continent. Over the last two years, North Star consultants have successfully provided remote support to an expanding customer base throughout the UK, Middle East, Australasia and, more recently, North America.
Many North Star customers have given feedback on the positives to be gained from engaging consultants remotely with a time zone advantage often facilitating 24-hour working. Additionally, a reduction in business travel has helped to support the objectives of our Carbon Reduction Plan.
Through the pandemic, our core team based in London, Dubai and Sydney has provided support to international customers in the following locations:
