Richard David Brown, our dear and beloved Managing Director, passed away suddenly on Monday morning, 22nd May 2023, at his home in Kingston, London, UK.
Richard founded North Star in 2007 and the company has since grown from one individual to a highly professional and trusted global entity delivering valued work across the rail and transportation sectors to a varied customer base extending across four continents.
Richard was an inspirational leader and will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and especially by members of the North Star team.
At the request of his family, and as we know Richard would have wanted, North Star will continue to operate business as usual, always with his vision of the business acting as a guiding light in transport at the forefront of our minds.
