Leanne is an international railway operations management professional, with experience encompassing major rail operations readiness and mobilisation projects and high-profile, high-value rail bids in the UK, Middle East and Australia. She is an expert in operations management, project and programme management, stakeholder management and operations and maintenance technical writing with a focus on quality and compliance. Leanne has worked on a number of bids in a variety of roles, ranging from bid management and coordination to technical writing.

Projects include:

• Providing Rail Operations and Planning Advisory support for the expansion of the Melbourne Rail Network
• Leading a team of writers, editors and designers to deliver a technically compliant submission for the Auckland Metropolitan Rail tender on behalf of a bidder
• Delivering operational readiness activities for the operator in advance of the new CBD and South East Light Rail network mobilising in Sydney
• Providing operations and maintenance expertise to support the operator as part of the Lusail Tram mobilisation.
