Quality Policy

North Star achieves sustainable growth by providing services that consistently meets and exceeds customer satisfaction and delivers exceptional value. We are committed to continually improving the services we deliver and to complying with ISO 9001:2015.

North Star has SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) Quality Objectives in place that are derived from our Company Objectives. These Objectives are set by the Managing Director and other Directors at the annual Strategic Review and are accessible to all employees.

North Star is fully committed to the delivery of this Quality Policy, as evidenced in the scope of our Job Accountabilities. Our Quality Policy is communicated with all new employees at induction and all employees are updated when changes arise. Our Quality Policy is also communicated to our customers and Interested Parties.

All North Star employees are responsible for the quality of our work and for maintaining high standards.
