North Star Announces New Client!

North Star, a consultancy specialising in customer service, operations and people strategies has just won its first client, the train operator Southern, who are to merge with the Gatwick Express franchise in June 2008.

Providing a consultancy service to one of the leading rail services in the UK will be the perfect opportunity for North Star to demonstrate their unique high level of expertise in the rail and air sectors.
