This Senior Consultant has over twenty years Human Resource management experience in a wide variety of industries including rail which have all differentiated themselves by customer service.

She has held senior Human Resource roles within Trusthouse Forte and BAA plc and sat on operating boards with a responsibility to ensure the people resources were managed cost effectively but to maximum business benefit. Educated to degree level and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Geraldene is an experienced facilitator who is passionate about enabling employees to contribute towards effective business delivery.
