Kerry Ings, director
Kerry Ings has over seven years experience in the air-rail and HR industry.  She joined North Star from Heathrow Express where she was the Service Development Manager and led leading operational change projects.  Before this, Kerry was a Human Resources Advisor for BAA plc Aberdeen.  Educated to degree level in Business Studies and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Kerry is a HR professional who has a proven ability to deliver first class analytical and problem solving skills and is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards for internal and external customers.
