Gerry Kirk, director
Gerry Kirk joined North Star from Heathrow Express where he was Business Lead-Service Delivery.  He headed up the team responsible for Heathrow Customer Service Operators (drivers), control room, resources, performance, train planning and training.  Prior to joining Heathrow Express, Gerry managed customer service staff at Virgin Train’s West Coast key location, Euston and largest area, the North West.  Gerry has over 23 years experience in the air-rail industry and a proven track record of delivering service excellence in a variety of challenging customer-focussed environments.
