Debbie Syme director
Debbie Syme has over ten years experience in the
air-rail and customer service industry. She has a proven track record of
delivering high impact change programmes, specialising in customer-focussed operations. She
joined North Star from Heathrow Express, where she was Implementation Manager.
She was responsible for the delivery of several key projects, including restructuring
the customer service function and the customer service launch of Heathrow Connect. Educated
to post graduate level and certified as a professional coach, Debbie is a dynamic
project manager who is committed to customer service excellence.
